How to sign up for Vouch Guest Experience Platform (GEP)?
You can sign up for Vouch GEP by reaching out to us via https://www.vouch-technologies.com/en/contact-us/, by booking a demo with us or by simply requesting the integration on your Cloudbeds marketplace.
How to connect GEP with Cloudbeds for the first time?
From Cloudbeds’ Platform (via Cloudbeds Marketplace)
1. From Cloudbeds Marketplace, search for ‘Vouch – Guest Experience Platform’
3. Once users connect and allow API access, an API key will be created and Vouch will receive an email notification with the API key. Users will be able to see Vouch – Guest Experience Platform listed on their connected apps
4. A representative from Vouch’s sales team will contact the user
5. Once the contract has been signed, Vouch’s deployment team will set up the credentials on Vouch’s portal, create user credential to login to Vouch’s portal, and have the integration test with the user
From Vouch’s Platform (Completed by the Vouch Team)
1. Login to Vouch’s Platform
2. Go to Settings (from the left menu) and click on ‘Integrations’
3. Search for Cloudbeds under PMS Integration
4. Complete Cloudbeds credentials (Property ID & API key derived from previous email)
5. Select ‘Enable for GEP’ & ‘GEP Generic QR Code’
6. Click on ‘Save’
7. Once you click on ‘Save’, Vouch GEP will now be connected to Cloudbeds
Specific Functionalities with Cloudbeds
GEP is seamlessly integrated with Cloudbeds through a 1-way connectivity. With our Cloudbeds integration, you have access to all our advanced functionalities:
Our solution will retrieve in-house guest data from Cloudbeds and store it in our in-house guest data
On our GEP, hotel guests will be able to submit room requests/in-room dining orders if it is submitted from an occupied room and their first or last name is matched with their room number
How to Disconnect?
From Vouch’s Platform
1. From Vouch’s Portal, go to Settings (from the left menu) and click on ‘Integration’
2. Search for Cloudbeds under PMS Integration
3. Deselect ‘Enable for GEP’ & ‘GEP Generic QR Code’
4. Click on ‘Save’

1. From Cloudbeds’ portal, go to ‘Apps & Marketplace’
