Three easy steps to enjoy a hassle-free check-in experience:
1. Guest Registration
Guests will receive an email from the hotel with a unique check-in link for registration, followed by instructions to accept the use of camera to record guest’s identification documents. The optical character recognition (OCR) algorithm will conveniently input all their identification details from their passports in a matter of seconds. Information from this stage is automatically recorded onto the hotel’s PMS, enabling a more streamlined process for hotel operations. Digital copies of travel documents can be collected during this process if the hotel requires.2. Credit Card Pre-Authorisation
After registration, guests can input their credit card details for pre-authorisation. Both registration and credit card pre-authorisation can be completed any time prior to arrival in the hotel.3. Identity Verification
Upon arrival, guests may connect to the hotel Wi-Fi to verify their physical presence within the hotel premise, followed by the use of front facing camera to verify their identity through liveness detection technology. Key cards can be issued by front desk staff or kiosk card dispensers.
