Yu Lik has over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry, holding key management appointments with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Langham Hotels & Resorts, and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts.
Starting his career by implementing one-stop service operations when the concept was new to the industry, Yu Lik had his first addictive taste of innovation & technology as part of the infrastructure & systems transformation in preparation for the Y2K challenge.
Edeline Tiong
Director of Operations
Pan Pacific Singapore
A hotel professional with more than 18 years of experience, Edeline pivoted from finance to hotel operations 5 years ago and journeyed through the transformation and adaptation of technology in hospitality. She strongly believes that technology solidifies the human touch in the hotel business and this will amplify even more in a near future.
Timothy Parr

Grand Hyatt Singapore
Timothy has been part of the hotel industry for 16 years, the last 10 having been with Hyatt. First at Park Hyatt Sydney then later moving overseas to Grand Hyatt Singapore in 2017. Timothy’s background is in Rooms operations, with a breadth of experience across hotels of different scales and styles of service.
Starting his career focused on connecting with colleagues and creating a great guest experience, Timothy has developed to focus on building teams with a growth mindset, adaptive and willing to embrace technology and innovation.
